Nestled in vibrant downtown Kirkland near the waterfront, The Heathman Hotel is home to a distinctive meeting and event venue. Featuring 4,500 square feet of stylish, sophisticated space, this luxury boutique hotel is the perfect choice for business meetings, conferences, receptions, banquets, social gatherings and private dining for five to 200 guests.

The Heathman Hotel meeting rooms are designed to create flexible environments that are not only elegantly appointed and modern, but also conducive to running highly productive and engaging meetings. Sharp Aquos Interactive Boards also provide state-of-the-art technology. Whether accessing the Internet or creating interactive “touch” communications, this one-source technology goes a long way toward ensuring that meetings will be efficient and dynamic. At the Courtyard Marriott, there are three meeting rooms totaling 2,250 square feet. The Evergreen Room is the largest, with 1,150 square feet and seating capacity of 100. Smaller rooms include the Kirkland Board Room and the Rose Hill Room. On-site catering services and an array of AV equipment help ensure the success of your event.

Baymont InnBaymont Inn & Suites

The Baymont Inn & Suites has three meeting rooms accommodating up to 100 guests, along with a variety of audio-visual equipment for rental. There is complete catering service, as well. The Inn is easily accessible from I-405 and less than 2 miles from Redmond’s high tech business center.

Heritage HallHeritage Hall & Centennial Gardens

Historic Heritage Hall, adjacent to Downtown Kirkland’s Marina Park, is the ideal space for an evening reception or family gathering. Inspire your guests in this graceful 1922 Greek revival-style building. This historic landmark is situated amid parkland and enjoys a commanding view of the surrounding city and lakefront. Heritage Hall has 1,390 square feet, with a wood fir floor, ornate millwork and uplit cove ceiling. Heritages Hall’s centennial gardens also provide a stunning backdrop for outdoor activities during the summer months.

Marina ParkMarina Park Pavilion

Let the lake breeze and an incredible view of the Olympic Mountains set the ambiance for your event or reception. Marina Park Pavilion on the shores of Lake Washington can accommodates 100 guests and is available year-round.
Peter Kirk Community Center
This centrally located community center has several rooms available for meetings or workshops. The large multi-purpose room can accommodate 150 people, while smaller meeting rooms can seat from 16 to 32. Schedule a site tour: (425) 587-3360

Argosy cruises
Entertain your guests and enjoy beautiful scenery with style aboard a Lake Washington Argosy Cruise. This charter fleet offers a variety of passenger capacities and amenities, perfect for receptions, corporate parties, board meetings and holiday events. Argosy Cruises can accommodate private groups from 30 to 300.

Centrally located in the heart of Kirkland, the 400-seat Kirkland Performance Center is a dynamic venue for a corporate event, presentation and much more. The theater maintains a cozy, intimate feel, with the farthest seat a mere 40 feet from the stage. The spacious, light-filled lobby is welcoming and can accommodate receptions, speakers and tradeshow setups. To make your event truly unforgettable, a variety of services are offered to cater to your event needs.

With high ceilings and vibrant artwork on display, Ryan James Fine Arts will lend a distinctive and creative air to your next event. The 1,600 sq.ft. gallery can accommodate 120 people, making it the perfect place for corporate seminars, fundraisers, office events, holiday and birthday parties and other special events.

Kirkland Women's ClubKirkland Women's Club

VALA Arts Garden Room is serene with plenty of windows and light; perfect for an intimate celebration or small event. Renting the Garden Room includes experiencing the latest VALA Arts installation, free parking immediately in front of the building and easy access throughout the space.
