The Woodmark has more than 9,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor meeting rooms and event space, many with views of the water. The distinctive Marina Room can accommodate up to 225 people with stunning views of the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows. For something more casual, there’s the Great Room which can accommodate up to 70. Just imagine your guests enjoying a summer sunset on the Olympic Terrace, with its drop-dead views of Lake Washington!

Located in downtown Kirkland, the Heathman offers 4,500 square feet of event space ideal for business meetings, conferences, receptions, banquets and dinners for up to 200 people. The San Juan Ballroom, with 2,109 square feet, features warm teak paneling and stylish décor. The hotel offers customized menus featuring many of the same favorites you’ll find at the award-winning restaurant Trellis, led by Executive Chef Brian Scheehser and his culinary team.

At the Courtyard Marriott, there are three meeting rooms totaling 2,250 square feet. The Evergreen Room is the largest, with 1,150 square feet and seating capacity of 100. Smaller rooms include the Kirkland Board Room and the Rose Hill Room. On-site catering services and an array of AV equipment help ensure the success of your event.

Inspire your guests by holding your next meeting in this graceful 1922 Greek Revival-style building. This historic landmark is situated amid parkland and enjoys a commanding view of the surrounding city and lakefront. Heritage Hall has 1,390 square feet, with a wood fir floor, ornate millwork and uplit cove ceiling.

Hold your next reception at the iconic Marina Park Pavilion, where your guests can nibble on canapés while watching the boats, bald eagles and other wildlife that call Lake Washington home. The pavilion accommodates 100 guests and is available year-round between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
 
Peter Kirk Community Center
This centrally located community center has several rooms available for meetings or workshops. The large multi-purpose room can accommodate 150 people, while smaller meeting rooms can seat from 16 to 32.

This 402-seat theatre is spacious, yet retains an intimate feel – perfect for a lecture, presentation or award ceremony. The seats are ample with extra leg room for comfortable seating, and the acoustics work equally well with music or the spoken word. Both the auditorium and the light-filled lobby are available for group rentals.
