Come join the Kiwanis Club of Kirkland for their annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, May 27. Held in connection with the 7 Hills Bicycle Ride, all proceeds go to Attain Housing, a local organization with a remarkable history of providing families with temporary transitional housing and other forms of support in order to help them get their lives back on track (www.attainhousing.org).
Along with a great pancake and sausage breakfast and the friendliest of service in town, there will be live entertainment provided by local schools, youth soloists and music studio students.
The music program begins at 7:30a and will go until the noon. The schedule for this year is: 7:30a – 8:00a Hal Bombgarder / Paul Richardson 8:00a – 8:30a TBA 8:30a – 9:00a Isabella Adad 9:00a – 10:00a Evergreen Middle School Jazz Ensemble 10:00a – 10:30a Thoreau Elementary School 10:30a -11:30a Carillon Chamber Choir/Ensembles As in past years, the suggested donation is $7. Come join in the fun and help “take a bite out of homelessness”.
