Explore Cross Kirkland Corridor
  • Start at the South Kirkland Park and Ride (10610 NE 38th Pl, Kirkland, WA 98033) with ample parking.
  • At mile 1 jaunt off the trail at NE 52nd Street to Carillon Point (4100 Carillon Point, Kirkland, WA 98033) for breakfast at Beach Café in the Woodmark Hotel on the shores of Lake Washington.
  • If you rather bike the trail, bike rentals are available through the Woodmark Waterfront Adventures.
  • Make your way back to the Cross Kirkland Corridor (CKC) and continue another mile until you get to Chainline Brewing (503 6th Street S, Kirkland, WA 98033). Sample their selection of craft beer on an outdoor patio overlooking the Corridor.
  • Continue on the CKC and just after mile 2.5 use Kirkland Way to make your way downtown to explore boutique shoppingrestaurants and tasting rooms on the shore of Lake Washington.
  • If you are in need of some wheels stop by Kirkland Bicycle (208 Kirkland Ave, Kirkland, WA 98033) to rent a bike.
  • Find your way back to the CKC via Kirkland Way or 7th Ave.
  • Make sure to swing by DERU Market (723 9th Ave, Kirkland, WA 98033) to pick up picnic goodies.
  • Continue to Crestwoods Park at mile 3.5 to catch a ballgame or explore over 26 acres of wandering woods with ample locations for an afternoon picnic.
  • At mile 5 make your way off the CKC to the The Alley for some wine sampling at Northwest Cellars (11909 124th Ave NE Kirkland, WA 98034) and to check out the current exhibit in ryan james fine arts (11905 124th Ave NE, Kirkland WA 98034).
