The American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure is a rules-of-the-road, non-timed bike ride event occurring on Saturday May 3 (route marking on Thursday-Friday May 1-2). An estimated 75-100 participants will ride through Kirkland between 8:00AM and 12:00PM utilizing 100th Ave NE, NE 137, NE 137, NE 135, NE 134, 87th Ave NE, NE 132, Juanita Dr NE, 98th Ave NE, Old Market Street Trail, Market St, 6th St W, Waverly Way, Lakeshore Plaza, Kirkland Ave, Lake St S, and Lake Washington Blvd NE as they ride southbound. Riders will utilize Marsh Park as a rest stop.
