The health and safety of our residents and visitors is the highest priority of the City of Kirkland. As of Monday, January 11, 2021, Kirkland is in Phase 1 of Governor Jay Inslee’s regional “Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery” phased plan for economic recovery. Although many City services are available online, City Hall and most City buildings are closed to the public as part of our response to COVID-19.

Downtown Summer Sidewalk Sale

During the year our amazing downtown merchants run several sidewalk sales. Come and browse the downtown area, chat with the merchants who display their wares outside their stores and take a stroll along Kirkland's pretty streets and Marina Park. The sidewalk sales usually take place Friday through Sunday during July.
