Family owned and operated, Royal India Restaurant & Catering is synonymous with elevating South Asian flavors to fine-dining heights. Mr. Rashid sought to preserve and promote the richness of the Indian subcontinents culinary traditions in Seattle, Washington at a time when Pakistani and Indian food was not considered haute cuisine.
Our mission at Royal India is to create memorable occasions by exceeding expectations with innovative cuisine, exceptional service and refined presentation. We specialize in an array of cuisines—from North Indian to South Indian, Indo-Chinese to fusion. Vegetarian and vegan options are a plenty with highlights such as chole-bhature, and chargrilled Tandoori-Paneer Tikka, for more unconventional options, go for the bombay wings, or Nutella Naan. Our aim is to unite the rich flavors and experiences from South Asia with the style and energy that is the Pacific Northwest.
Our house is made up of a team of carefully curated chefs who represent the cultural and culinary diversity of India. They do their best to emulate the complexity and depth of flavors that are associated with true desi food all while maintaining the rigorous standards of a fine-dining establishment.
