Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF)

Founded in 1976, SIFF creates experiences that bring people together to discover extraordinary films from around the world through the Seattle International Film Festival, SIFF Cinema and FutureWave Education.

Recognized as one of the top film festivals in North America, the Seattle International Film Festival is the largest, most highly-attended film festival in the United States reaching more than 150,000 annually. The 25-day festival is renowned for its wide-ranging and eclectic programming presenting over 250 features and 150 short films from over 70 countries each year.

Kirkland Farmers' Markets
Market Flowers From May until September, the Kirkland Wednesday Market will feature locally produced fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, jams, breads and pastries along with arts and crafts. From May until October, the Juanita Friday Market will feature a wide variety of delicious fruits, beautiful flowers and fresh produce grown locally in the state of Washington. Must Stop Local Art Gallery
Howard/Mandville Gallery offers one of the largest collections of fine art in the greater Seattle area in a spacious 4,000 sq. ft. gallery. Both regional and nationally acclaimed artists working in both contemporary and traditional styles are represented. You’ll find over 60 artists who show with the gallery on a regular basis, including works in oil, acrylic, watercolor and bronze as well as rotating monthly exhibits.
