Featured Activity: Kirkland Summerfest! Celebrate Kirkland

Summerfest is Kirkland’s premier music and arts festival — returning for its 7th year in 2018, this three-day tour de force boasts dozens of live performances, outdoor entertainment venues, purveyors of fine foods, local beers and wines and interactive activities. This festival returns to the picturesque shores Lake Washington August 10-12, 2018. With over 35,000 attendees, Summerfest is Kirkland’s signature event of the year. Kirkland Summerfest supports local nonprofits including the Kirkland Downtown Association.

Featured Exhibit: “Pareidolia People”
In coordination with the City of Kirkland and the Kirkland Cultural Arts Commission, King County Engineering for Kids, the Kirkland Arts Center presents a community exhibit that features a collection of six, colorful outdoor works by Ed McCarthy displayed along the Park Lane Avenue to enhance the cultural vibrancy of Kirkland.
