Gourmet Canopy LLC is a woman-owned small business based in Washington, founded by an Indian immigrant with a background in FinTech and a passion for wellness. We grow fresh, pesticide-free microgreens in a sustainable indoor farm using organic soil, providing superfood nutrition all year round. Our microgreens are tiny, but packed with up to 40x the nutrients of mature plants—perfect for busy, health-conscious lifestyles.
We also create handcrafted tea and spice blends made from high-quality herbs and natural ingredients. Inspired by traditional Indian wellness and modern simplicity, our products are designed to nourish body and mind, one sip at a time.
