Things To Do in Kirkland

There is no place like Kirkland, Washington!

Boasting a population of about 90,000, Kirkland offers a unique amalgamation of urban and rural, with everything from high-end boutique shopping to rugged hiking trails. The City boasts a vast array of waterfront adventures and a splendid collection of public art, including one of our latest installations, “Dandelions,” by Polish artist Mirek Struzik. Located at Village at Totem Lake – one of Kirkland’s newest emerging shopping districts – these beautiful dandelions put Kirkland on the map as one of only a few places around the world with permanent art installments by the world-renowned artist.

Kirkland is best known for its love of history, its friendly, welcoming vibe and its stunning beauty.

We are home to many well-known beloved, signature events, including Kirkland Uncorked, Kirkland Summerfest, and Kirkland Oktoberfest, which all take place in show-stopping Marina Park.

Informally known as the City’s front doorstep, Marina Park is alive with glorious sunsets, lakefront views and talented buskers. For a one-of-a-kind evening stop by Kirkland Urban, a veritable mecca of fun things to do and delicious things to eat! You can experience high-tech entertainment at Lounge by Topgolf, Topgolf’s first-ever Lounge model with digital golf and other sports – including Zombie Dodgeball – and an elevated menu with food to die for! If you’re more traditional, grab a bite at Vinason Pho & Grill and a delicious craft brew from Chainline Brewing, and then head downstairs to ryan james fine arts to see the latest exhibit.
