Dog Friendly

In Kirkland, guests will find dog treats around every corner! To say that we’re a dog-friendly community doesn’t quite cut it, and we’ve got a whole slew of businesses willing to back us up. Whether you’re interested in sipping a locally brewed craft beer, settling in for a relaxing, freshly prepared dinner, or grabbing a quick burger or cup of coffee, there are a plethora of dining and drinking establishments that will welcome you and your dog.

Places like Chainline Brewing Company and Flatstick Pub welcome taproom customers who prefer to enjoy their beer-drinking adventure with a leash in one hand and a pint glass in the other! And even better, your four-legged family members are not relegated to an outdoor patio, they can prance right in beside you and mingle with all the other two-legged and four-legged patrons. Chainline’s quirky, smooth vibe is welcoming and intriguing, offering an indoor taproom and an exclusive outdoor patio area.

Flatstick is all about action!  This indoor gaming extravaganza includes a 9-hole miniature golf course and the custom Flatstick sport of “Duffleboard,” which combines miniature golf and shuffleboard. Customers can easily see what’s flowing at Flatstick by checking the intuitive digital menu, which lists each brew, its alcohol volume, and how much is left in the keg. And when you leave Flatstick don’t forget to pop in at The Grape Choice, Kirkland’s premier wine merchant located right next door. Grape Choice is completely dog-friendly, and you’ll be greeted by Rhone, the most amazing canine on the planet. But we may be a little biased!

For those in search of caffeinated beverages, Kirkland has no shortage of coffee shops prepared to provide your pup with the perfect puppuccino – typically a cup filled with whipped cream – including Starbucks, Zoka, Thruline, Caffé Ladro and others.
