"Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a high energy, full body group workout using the same equipment and techniques used by Floyd Mayweather to help him become 50-0, which is undefeated. The workout incorporates bags, treadmills, rowers, battle ropes and more. Each week the boxing combos are based on one of Floyd’s fight victories – the fight of the week! During class you will wear a heart rate monitor to ensure that you are training in the optimal zones. Each session is led by a certified instructor. Your goal during your first 90 days is to achieve 50 workouts and your own 50-0 workout experience! What are you currently doing for fitness?"
