Pagliacci was founded in Seattle back in 1979. The goal was to make the best pizza possible. Simple as that. While a lot has changed since 1979, one thing has remained the same, our mission to deliver the best-tasting, highest quality pizza possible to the Greater Seattle area. Then and now, many of the great things about Pagliacci Pizza have come from the customers and the employees. Our crew is the heart and soul of Pagliacci, inside and out of the kitchen.
