Peter Kirk Park and Pool/Lee Johnson Field
Named after Kirkland's city founder, Peter Kirk Park hosts Lake Washington and Juanita High School baseball games, several youth tournaments, the local recreation league, adult men's league and other select organizations. The park is located near Parkplace Shopping Center and downtown shops and restaurants. The Kirkland Teen Union Building (KTUB), Peter Kirk Community Center, Peter Kirk Swimming Pool, Kirkland Performance Center, and the King County Library are all located in the park.
