Tennis Outreach Programs,TOPs, is a 501-c3 non profit that runs a public facility, Eastside Tennis Center, ETC, located in Totem Lake area just south of Fred Meyer. ETC's various programs are; Adaptive Tennis for mentally or physically challenged, Before School tennis, Recreational level tennis, preschool thru adults, competitive levels including high performance, & Community Enrichment Programs
