Celebrate the flavors of the season in this warm and inviting class built around the best of autumn's pantry. Your chef instructor will walk you through searing a tender Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin and building a rich Fig and Port Pan Sauce to finish it. Alongside you'll prepare a velvety Creamy Polenta and a bright Frisée Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette to balance the richness. To finish, you'll fold and fill delicate Crêpes with a Dark Chocolate Sauce and freshly whipped cream.
