Gallery Night
March 21, 2026 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
This March, the gallery presents four artists united by their exploration of structure, space, and transformation. Carrie Ann Plank’s work investigates the intersection of science, data, and metamorphosis. Drawing on visualizations of scientific phenomena, she reveals the hidden architectures of the microcosm through layered geometric systems, inviting viewers to consider the unseen forces shaping our world. In contrast, Jan Koutsky harnesses the emotive power of color to evoke the reminiscence of landscape. Her compositions cultivate a sense of openness, atmosphere, and light, offering immersive spaces that feel both expansive and deeply personal.
Bryan Stryeski’s creative process is rooted in close observation of his surroundings. Long walks through urban, suburban, and natural environments inform his imaginative landscapes—works that distill the energy, complexity, and beauty embedded in the places we inhabit. Complementing this exploration of environment, Merrily Dicks presents geometric abstractions inspired by the built world. Her structured compositions reinterpret architectural forms and spatial rhythms. Together, the exhibition reflects on how we see, interpret, and transform the space.
