In this hands-on class, you'll mix and work your own pasta dough from scratch, then shape it two ways: cutting long, silky linguine noodles and pinching farfalle into their signature bow-tie form. Each pasta gets paired with a vibrant summer sauce—a light shrimp, cherry tomato and basil toss for the linguine and a luxurious roasted sweet corn, bacon and crème fraîche for the farfalle.
