A joyful, replenishing afternoon of sound and voice honoring the fall equinox. No experience or particular belief system needed — welcome as you are, and participate as you like.

Long-time sound-yogini and teacher Gina Salā, alongside Arise instructor, musician, and yoga teacher Craig Baldwin, tabla virtuoso Anil Prasad, and friends, welcome us into a space of healing and connection — where we can feel more harmonized, uplifted, and connected, within ourselves and with the world around us.
