RITA LIDU was born in Belém do Pará, North of Brazil and the entrance of the Amazon Rainforest. Resident of the city of Rio de Janeiro for many years , this “Carioca” at heart was considered by the press as one of the new voices of the Brazilian Popular Music– MPB.
