A chef instructor will guide you through mixing and kneading pasta dough, then rolling and cutting pappardelle and filling and shaping goat cheese tortellini. You’ll finish the dishes with creamy Calabrian chili, sausage and fennel, plus pancetta, sweet peas and mint. The class concludes with a refreshing Limoncello Sorbet and plenty of inspiration to leave pre-packaged pasta behind.
