KinderPlay is a social and emotional group designed to support kids entering Kindergarten. Aiming to support the preparation for the transition to the classroom environment, group members will practice self-regulation in a structured, nurturing setting. In this 4-day intensive, Kindergartners will engage in dramatic art and play activities including puppetry, creative movement, and improvisation. These activities are designed to build and strengthen communication, team-work, and self-expression. KinderPlay focuses on supporting and deepening the strengths that already live inside your Kindergartener.

Created and facilitated by two child therapists, KinderPlay aims to support all types of regulation and support needs. Neurodivergent, anxious, and big feelers are all welcome. Both Lakeland and Anna have experience creatively supporting and accommodating different neurotypes and sensory needs. KinderPlay will be capped at 12 participants.
