Kirkland is a lovely, pedestrian-friendly city accessible by public transportation, boat and car. There is ample parking, much of it free, in the downtown core, at Totem Lake and in Juanita, all neighborhoods which offer much to see and do for the visitor. If you arrive by car, we invite you to park it and leave it, enjoying the amble through the downtown shops, boutiques, cafe's and waterfront parks that Kirkland is famous for.
