Farmers Markets

Summertime in Kirkland hosts two, beloved open-air farmers markets which embody Kirkland’s spirit for residents and visitors alike. The markets are located waterside in Kirkland’s downtown and northern neighborhoods, and peddle locally grown food and crafts, and down home entertainment and activities for kids. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, during summer 2020 the markets will adapt to comply with health and hygiene directives, and Governor Inslee’s phased re-opening plan. Vendors will continue to bring essential food and produce to Juanita and downtown Kirkland, yet until restrictions are relaxed non-food related activities will be curtailed. Both markets operate June-September, from 3-7 pm. Kirkland’s Wednesday Market brings fresh, local fare to the stunning downtown waterfront Marina Park. The vibrant Juanita Friday Market supports local farmers and food preparers on Kirkland’s northern shores on Fridays.
